1 can corned beef
bunch of steamed rice, mix in lots of garlic
scrambled eggs-- the more you like em the more you put in
throw in some hot sauce

very low key, not really a recipe but a good combo

cut it up in cubes to put in omelettes or make your own corned beef hash [just at taters!]

Fuck, I do love me the corned beef.

my dad used to make that for breakfast!

tonights recipe:
sauteed onions
cubed potatoes (seasoned like crazy)
added some diced tomatoes
two types of corned beef (some brand from argentina, not the best but better than US type of canned corned beef), one had jalapenos

mmmmmgood.

my favorite type of canned corned beef (CCB!) are the brands from new zealand. its not as shredded and its tasty, just cooked by itself.

HK style: mix up raw scrambled egg with corned beef, fried to a soft omlette like mass and sandwich between 2 slices of toasted bread.

mmmmm...corned beef

my dad has taught me this breakfast, lunch OR dinner dish:
heat up pan with oil
dice up some yellow onion
dice up a small potato (tiny tiny tiny pieces)
smash up some cloves of garlic
add all 3 to pan and saute
when you think the potatoes are soft enough for you to eat and before you burn the onions and garlic.....add the whole brick of corned beef
mash it up in the pan and cook for a bit

this shit is good with some fried eggs and rice.....mmmmmm

p.s. make sure you use the can that has the corn beef key
those are always fun to open!!!

"corned" refers to preserving meat with salt or in a brine.

You have to try Palm or Pacific brand corned beef. 99 Ranch has it.

The hot sauce and be any type you like. I prefer tabasco myself. The tricky part is making sure the noodles don't stick to the wok/pan. But you could just toss the noodles with the hot meat mixture in a bowl instead.
