I wonder what those giant fish taste like.

I've always been taught from my parents that you always want the youngest, smallest fish swimming in the tank (or if they are too small, to get two) instead of the larger ones. The flesh is more 'wat' and less likely to stick to the teeth. It also makes sense to eat younger fish because larger ones collect more chemicals and pollutants in their bodies.
