Holiday orders have hit. Last year, it was different. I was the webguy. Myleen, the current manager of GRSF was doing mail order, the rest of the mag staff helped and it was a hardcore mad dash to the finish line. It was insane. This year things are different. mikemike is the webguy, Keenan is the mail order dude, and look at these packages... No one talks about customer service at the post office... sometimes great, a lot of times bad, and there's nothing we can do about it. I think we're all resigned to that fact. We also use UPS, they're not a lot better these days.
