Nuevo manzana oro

The legendary Golden Apple Comics moved down Melrose to a spot just east of La Brea. It's further from Sportie L.A. and Headline Records, but close to Busaba, Pinkberry, Gallery 1988, Camden Lock, Poinsettia Park, and Bret, Happy, and Kiyomi's house! I dropped off mags at the new location today, just one day after the grand opening which featured Stan "The Man" Lee. It's super clean and nice, and I even bought some comics to read after the mag goes to production. Here's a look of the good-looking, family-operated, GR-friendly shop...
