Living long and prospering

Star Trek: The Tour kicks off at the Queen Mary in Long Beach on Friday, January 18. For a mere 35 bucks, you can sit on the captain's chair from the original series. (To leave a captain's log, you'll have to visit the restroom.) The traveling show is reported to be the largest collection of sets, props, models, rides, and gift shops related to each of the sci-fi series' incarnations.

True fans should check out the VIP experiences. 7 of 9 is probably too afraid of the Trekkies to attend the celebrity party, but maybe Whoopi will serve drinks!
