Portrait of my dad as a young man

A coveted piece of art can cost a lot of dough, but sometimes you get one for free. This oil was unearthed last weekend when my brother and I were helping our parents move. It's a portrait of Dad when he was in his early twenties, painted in 1961 by H. Lew, a friend of his who was a student at the old Art Center location. My dad thinks it looks nothing like him, but I think it's cool. Gotta find a place to put it in the house where it doesn't imply that he's dead!

very cool
