When life gives you oranges...

...make orange sherbet. I was a dummy, Googled "sorbet," and couldn't find the recipe, so I free-styled it. Only used a tablespoon of honey (heated until liquefied) but should have used half a cup. The rest was three cups of freshly squeezed juice from oranges picked from my parents' yard.

Haven't used the ice-cream maker in a long time and had to buy a new core since I couldn't find the original one. The entire device is really just a fancy, cold spinning machine, but the technology still works. Now that I've got the recipe down, I can make the sorbet and scoop it into orange peel cups for company.
