Momofuku David Chang going to Sydney

Eating and drinking. Momofuku founder is opening everywhere, and now it’s Sydney, Australia. He’s popular, trendy, and it’s food. This is story about David Chang and it touches upon his upbringing, food style, and explains why he’s popular. We’re not sure about the “dude food” moniker he has, but we do appreciate Momofuku being named after Momofuku Ando, the creator of instant ramen. (smh – David Chang)
