We found LIVE MAGGOTS in our mashed potatoes 2 summers ago. We called to complain and the manager said to just bring it back and they would replace it.

We've never been back (KFC on El Toro Road in Lake Forest).

Taco Bell comes a close second. I got sick from eating there all the time when they had those stupid Episode 1 toys. Never going back.

Long John Silvers is definitely hands down the worst in my book. I had stuff that was partially frozen inside. Yuck!

Ugh... Pizza Hut. Their greasy quasi-fried crust makes me cringe. I guess I could handle the stuffed crust tho. My friends used to get it all the time, every week for poker night, so I learned to tolerate that kind.

I have a love/hate relationship with Taco Bell. Sometimes you feel like a gordita, sometimes you don't. I used to like Wendy's too... WHAT? No pitas? :(

I would also add that they must have one of the scariest menus of any fast food joint. While its competitiors are attempting to cater to health-conscious consumers, Carl's Jr. / Hardee's seems to be going after the "pre-Subway commercial" demographic. I pulled up to a Hardee's drive-thru a few weeks ago, ending years of self-imposed exile. Only a masochistic fatty could love one of their 2/3 pound double cheeseburgers (there's just no call for it). They also serve some of the greasiest chili cheese fries that I have ever sampled.

Also, how long has "medium" been the old "large" in the fast food world? Sick, I tell you.
