Not so crazy - but a lot of people around the office like this one.

BETTER THAN SEX cake
1 cup flour
One-half cup softened margarine
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup powdered sugar
6 ounces of instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
1- 8 ounce Cool Whip (thawed)
1 - 8-ounce cream cheese
6 ounce vanilla pudding
1 large Hershey chocolate bar
1- 8 ounce Cool Whip (thawed)

Mix flour, oleo and pecans; press into a 9 inch X 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes and COOL. In large bowl mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy, fold in 8 ounce Cool Whip. Spread this over cooked crust. Combine pudding mixes and 3 cups milk, beat well until thickened., spread over cheese layer. Spread last 8 ounce Cool Whip over pudding layer. Chill several hours and garnish with shaved chocolate. Cut into squares to serve.

you could make one in the shape of a bunny. and decorate it so the bunny has blood around its mouth.

ingredients:
1 NEW/CLEAN plastic cat litterbox
1 litterbox scoop
1 box of yellow cake mix and ingredients
1 package of instant vanilla pudding
1 bag tootsie rolls
1 bag hershey's kisses
green food coloring

make the pudding, chill. bake the cake, following directions on the box. as the cake is baking, unwrap the candy. after the cake has cooled crumble the cake and add to the litterbox. stir in just enough pudding to moisten. add the chocolates to the cake. roll the tootsie rolls out into poop shapes. mix well. use the scoop to serve. you can also take a third cup of the cake crumbs and pulse it in a food processor with a drop of green food coloring and sprinkle this on top of the final cake for an authentic look. you can add any other cake or cookie crumbs to this.

Best and easiest cake recipe:

One pint of your favorite ice cream (non-dairy for me)
One box of your favorite cake mix (see above)

Melt ice cream, mix with cake mix and bake according to instructions on the box of cake mix.

Done.

i lub baking... much more than cooking... i think 'cos it's more precise, almost scientific! ;)
i try to overcome my fears of angelfood cake... i always whip the egg whites too much making the cake GIGANTIC! :(
even tho it's technically a pie, not a cake... peanut butter pie is sooo good & easy to make... it is a little ghetto tho... hee hee.
alaskankiwi's recipe reminds me of an icebox cake... which is yummy too...
dammnit, i'm all hungee now! :(

I am SO not shitting you about the ice cream cake deal. Try it. It totally works. You won't have the prettiest fluffiest cake on the block, but you'll have the yummiest. Shit, if it works with Tofutti, it'll work with dairy ice cream no doubt.

i am throwing a babyshower for my sister n law and i opted to get the cake made.
I got wayy too many things to do.. to have time to bake a cake for 25-35 people.. I got Italian cream cake with cream cheese icing. I got a great deal on it too. From a personal close friend of my sisters that is a professional baker. 60 dollar cake for 21 bucks!
I also bought about 40 mini raspberry crumble cakes for appetizers along with
90 bavarian creme puff pastry.

There will be alot more food, I hope things turn out well. This is the first babyshower I have ever thrown.
