shin ramen, there's no doubt. when you're feeling even more ghetto, sam yang ramen comes in distant second.
IndoMie's Mi Goreng Pedas. (HOT fried noodles) i like the Satay flavor too.

I was raised on Shin (with egg, slices of hot dog, or kimchi), you can really make a meal out of it.
Any other kinds? I'm such a brand snob, it's hard for me to try anything not made by Nong Shim.

Shin kicks ass. We keep a box of it at home at all times.
I dig the spicy Shin Ramyun, but most of the time, fuck soup:

anything kimchee flavored.

The version of Shin that comes in the cup isn't as good as the one that comes in the foil package.
I'm gonna have to try this tonight.

Kitsune Udon but it's in a bowl. <alert> newer ones no longer have furikake.
I used to really like UFO and the other "drain the water" noodles with the soy sauce and mustard but now I find them sickly sweet and the vegetables in them kinda gross.
Bought some Shin Ramyun after work, too. Had it with some kimchi and some spam that I glazed and fried. I like it.
Blew my ass out this morning.

I've had shin ramyun a few times. I didn't like the consistency of the noodles. Too spongy.

Yeah, maybe combine the Sapporo Ichiban noodles w/ Nong Shim base & veggies? Must try this. The quest for the perfect bowl of ramen...reminds me of a movie.
I like the noodle texture. I also tend to cook my ramen on the al dente side...

I think that's the key. Getting the noodles al dente.
