Going to Miami!

Hey, I'm heading down to Miami in a few weeks. Any suggestions on Hotels or at least good location for hotels? I'm looking to spend between $100 and $140 a night.

When I went there I stayed at a motel on a small "island" between Miami Beach and Miami, directly west of North Beach. It saved me a lot of money even though it would have been great to be able to walk back to the hotel drunk in South Beach.

im going to miami this sunday! we got really lucky and found a hotel in south beach thru expedia for really cheap.. i think it's gonna be hard to find good deals at this point but u can try
