That old guy head thing, they been at that since th' "Don't Let's Start" video. People are always writing to their "info club" to axe who he is; they refuse to tell, citing fear of lawsuit.

Giants rizzock.

TMBG has been there through bouts of nervous breakdown and potential mass "beatings the fuck out ofs" and such. They ease my mind and help turn me back to a pacifistic, bouncy, joyful state. Thank god for TMBG! :)

I found the girl singer on Fingertips the other day:

Something grabbed a hold of my hand, I didn't know what is was...

I only found her because Laura Cantrell covered one of her songs:

http://www.myspace.com/lauracantrell

...who sings backup on The Guitar!

She also covers Don't Break the Heart, which was also covered by Monopuff, and was written by Amy Rigby.

I don't know who Amy Rigby is yet BUT IT ALL FITS TOGETHER.

I think I reference They Might Be Giants song lyrics in my head at least once a week.

Flood is an all-time favorite. Great road trip music (you had to be there).

Lincoln is my fave.

Somebody made a "top ten geek music" list the other day and no TMBG. He needs his glasses taken away. Not worth finding again.

I hadn't listened to them since college but have been required to lately because we have "No!" and "Here come the ABC's" for the girls.

NO! has a pretty cool interactive cartoon if you have the CD-ROM version.

Yup. My wife uses it to mesmerize our kids long enough to trim their nails. :D
