Sandisk Blue MP3 player question...

anyone else own one of these? I'm having no luck uploading files to this so they play in order. Sandisk says that the files play in the order in which they were copied, but I'm finding this not to be the case. By the way, their support sucks.

so have you been able to figure out what order it's playing?

i find that drag/drop MP3 players will play your music according to filename or by order in which it was download.

maybe there's an option to specify playback by filename or download order?

No, no such option. It's supposed to play by the download order, but it doesn't always work.

I want to use it to listen to audiobooks, so it's a problem.

is there a newer firmware you can try?

also, how are you naming the files? some players freak out if the filenames are too long. try renaming them to..

01-track.mp3
02-track.mp3
03-track.mp3

and so on.
