I'm not sure if there are any posts about those extremely helpful but wasteful things.
besides from keeping one in my bag everytime I get coffee, and I often forget to bring my own mug, are there any more durable re-usable insulators for sale anywhere?:)

i don't get why it says "do not re-use" on it. is it going to explode? but i think the sleeves are less wasteful than using a second cup. i shudder when people ask the barista to double-cup the coffee.
the "don't re-use" is probably a health issue

double cupping is def. more wasteful. The cups are laminated and are less bio-degradable than the cardboard sleeves.
Bringing your own mug is by-far the most environmentally sound, but many people are not disciplined enough to always take their mug home wash it and bring it the next day. A good solution is to just bring a mug but never directly pour any coffee into it. Instead, place the whole paper cup inside your mug, that way, your mug never needs washing and it serves the same purpose of the cardboard sleeve. (You'll need to find a mug of the right size so you paper cup is not entirely sunken into the mug.)

they've been around since i went to college. the best ads were dentyne or whatever since there'd be a lil pack o' gum attached.

dude i dunno about you guys but only reason i get coffee is to splash people in the face with it. and THAT my friend is what makes coffee high quality.
No no Ryan. You gots it all wrong. The Martini is meant for splashing people in the face. Take a look at the well designed glasses just for that purpose...
Coffee is for pouring down someone's pant leg...
