Last Sunday I was at a bar in Venice and I saw the "perfect" girl. She was like Lisa Loeb but much prettier, the same hair, dorky glasses. Alas she was with her boyfriend, who she clearly adored. He, on the other hand, was looking around at other girls ungrateful jerk he obviously was.

Augusta Ada King, Countess of Lovelace (December 10, 1815 - November 27, 1852) is mainly known for having written a description of Charles Babbage's early mechanical general-purpose computer, the analytical engine.

Ada Lovelace died at 37 of cancer, leaving 3 children.

The Ada programming language is named after her.

She is one of the main characters in the alternate history novel The Difference Engine by Bruce Sterling and William Gibson, which posits a world in which Babbage's machines were mass produced and the computer age started a century early.

I disagree of course. I don't like them as novelty. I think the last album was pretty varied, that's when I started listening for real. The 4th one might be best, I dunno.
