Hey if you have a suggestion for a new GR tshirt, let's put them here. Maybe someone will listen and hook it up.

I personally would like a Chiyonofuji tshirt. Just a pic of his face w/ "HERO" underneath or something like that. What about you?

I ordered the Deer God t shirt just for the colors and when I got it I was amazed to find out it featured graphics from one of my favorite movies of all time, Mononoke...

Since it's talked up here as one of the defining Giant Robot reader's movie, how about something that has a Rushmore graphic in some fashion...

you know what would be cool...even though its not a tee design...would be to have a pin designed like the ones in rushmore...for perfect attendance etc...and have one that says like giant robot society on it...

slightly off topic, but, my g/f said she saw a bunch of GR bootleg tshirts in Shanghai. She tried to take a picture so I could send it in, but the vendor saw her camera and rushed her like (insert papparazzi hating celebrity name here).

Taking pictures of anything retail in China, HK, Taiwan is considered stealing almost. The companies there can steal a button and reverse engineer the shirt, complete with Chanel label.

Btw, how come folks don't take the initiative to make their own tees? just wondering...

I don't make my own cause I don't want them to look childish. Kidding! Actually, I dunno how except to buy those bullshit transfer things for your inkjet printer. My g/f made me a tshirt once at some photomat type place. She gave them a Japanese tampon ad from a magazine and they put it on the back. That place doesn't offer it anymore.

Never tried screening on a small scale, but I think if I did it at home, it'd be messy, crappy and cost more than $25.

I've always wanted them to bring back the "Mad Girl" shirt. It's one of my all time favorite GR designs. Anyone agree? Also, while we're on the topic. Anyone got a Mad Girl sticker they want to sell?

does GR make bowling shirts? I'd like to have a bowling shirt. .... or a GR bowling ball.
who am i kidding, i dont even know what size ball to get when i get to an alley. its fun to get those super light balls that you can just chuck down there but its just not as satifying as the wieghtier balls.

can someone describe how to make shirts at home?

like where can i buy a silk screen? how much does it cost? what kind of 'paint' do i need to use? how much does that cost? how long does it take....

i really really wanna start making my own shirts, but i've never known how.

someone at least direct me to a good website, please.

one of the autoflush urinals at work does not operate correctly when i'm wearing my gr scrabble t-shirt. sometimes it'll flush too soon, or sometimes not at all.

i'm not sure...i think it might be the design that's tripping up the sensor.

today i wasn't able to trigger the flush, so i had to leave it (there's no manual override).

Couldn't you wave your arm around? It just completely disables it?

i tried...put my arm in front of it for a little while, then moved it out of the way. also tried turning my back to it (the back of the t-shirt is plain), but that didn't work as well.

Does anyone have a Fight Club soap design where the words "Fight Club" are replaced with Giant Robot?

I made a blank soap from one of the actual logos, but whenever I use their font to write Giant Robot, it looks crummy and gritty.

It would be a coooool T-shirt.

Sort of an offshoot of the Rushmore-style lapel pins idea, but how about GR polo tees with a school-style crest screened on the chest?
