When I see buff dudes, it doesn't inspire me at all. This is not being all like "I'm so hetero" and I'm definitely not a hater. When I see dudes shirtless, I've never been one of those "he's showing off" guys. That's just weird. I would probably be shirtless a lot too if I had a nice body. But I've never looked at a dude and said I want to look like that! Like felt a burning need. But I see a really fit girl and I suddenly feel like exercising and getting into shape.

I've found my idea of an attractive woman has changed since I really got serious about fitness, in particular weightlifting. If a woman doesn't exhibit strength, or is visibly skinny, she is now considered "unattractive".
Luckily my wife has become quite taken with power-lifting. I approve.

not sure what you mean by supplements. i tend to think of psyllium husk for that category.
i have been eating different kinds of whole or multi grain cereal. a lot of cereals are more processed compared to oatmeal so the quality of fiber will probably be lower. you can switch your rice and bread to the full grain versions. it took me awhile to get used to to brown rice. increasing your intake on fresh fruit and vegetables can be helpful but it depends on what you like to eat.
