I have a coupe.

The fenders were thrashed, so now I have to buy some +20mm fenders.

I have been checking here for low offset rims, but I really dont think anything will look right with just a set of springs... I think I'll have to go with coilovers or else I'll be rolling with 4 inches of fender gap.

How did you run 35et? Spacers? were you flush?

The worst part is, my car really isnt very mechanically sound. I just needed to do something with it because I was getting tired of my friends having all the fun. Peer pressure is a bitch.

wtf. my car is cursed. just got into a fender bender this morning. again. that's one every year so far.

Coupe, good! I can't stand Silvia front ends on hatches, just doens't work. You're getting wide fenders? I want to run 255 front and 275 rear, I'm wondering If it's gonna happen on stock fenders. Prolly not.

not too bad. got rear ended by a bus at low speed. (thank goodness). the left rear corner of my bumper is pushed in.

no contact with metal. and the paint didn't crack, but i think rear panel is kinda bent/warped so i think they're going to have to do some body work on it anyways. total suckage.

this car is jinxed. time for a new one.

I think the Focus RS was the ultimate they could do with that chassis and is a bit of a bargain. Sad they didn't bring it over here so maybe Saleen figured they could build one that looked similar? A few weekends back an acquaintance gave me a ride in his stage 3 Roush Mustang. Sounds real good, but just looks way overdone and must weigh 2 tons.

They didn't bring over the rally focus because it would be embarrasing to have an awd turbo 4 banger outperform their precious mustang. ;__;

i don't know how these parents can afford to insure their kids. i'm sure their rates are almost double those numbers.

^I'm almost thankful my car's down as I've been driving an '06 CRV in this heat. Can't imagine doing it w/out AC. Parts came in so the damn car should be up next week.

i really hate non freon a/c. that's one thing i missed about my Integra.. it had ice cold a/c.

As much as i don't use the AC, it's key for me to have it in the prelude. i'll usu turn it on for a little bit, then kill it and open the windows, but that little bit of AC is crucial.

I wonder why summer is riding season. all that leather + sun = stinky sweaty dude, yeah?

Wasn't there a Myth Busters episode where they tackled automotive Air Conditioning? I think they found that if you drive over 40mph with your windows down you actually use more gas than if you turned up your A/C up all they way because of all the extra drag. Or something like that.
