iodized/processed sodium is poison and it's in everything because most processed, shelf stable foods need salt to make them palatable

add to it that the average person has a comprised GI tract and you wind up with all kinds of health complications

This girl at the gym had the nicest ass I've ever encountered in my life, it this round delicious thing squeezed into some tight heather grey sweatpants. The temptation to bury my face in it was very powerful and I'm glad I resisted because I'd be in prison right now if I gave in (obviously). My teeth are still itching at the thought.

Breakfast: Three fried-egg sandwiches loaded with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions and mayonnaise. Two cups of coffee. One five-egg omelet. One bowl of grits. Three slices of French toast topped with powdered sugar. Three chocolate-chip pancakes.

Lunch: One pound of enriched pasta. Two large ham and cheese sandwiches with mayo on white bread. Energy drinks packing 1,000 calories.

Dinner: One pound of pasta. An entire pizza. More energy drinks.

yup. i already assumed that he consumed thousands of calories a day. but was curious to know what he actually ate. the pound of pasta and whole pizza was interesting. surprised he didn't get an endorsement deal with a pizza chain. hehe.
