iodized/processed sodium is poison and it's in everything because most processed, shelf stable foods need salt to make them palatable

add to it that the average person has a comprised GI tract and you wind up with all kinds of health complications

CDC getting in the game is interesting

just another reason to go paleo

Or just avoid processed foods and cook for yourself more. No hidden salt scratch cooking.

This girl at the gym had the nicest ass I've ever encountered in my life, it this round delicious thing squeezed into some tight heather grey sweatpants. The temptation to bury my face in it was very powerful and I'm glad I resisted because I'd be in prison right now if I gave in (obviously). My teeth are still itching at the thought.

I wasn't wearing my glasses, but glasses or not, that shit was the real deal gentlemen.

I still remember this ass I saw at a drug store in North Beach of Miami. European brunette with brown skin... grey tight shorts over her bikini... I was using my peripheral vision to my fullest because my girlfriend was with me. I wonder if that girl realizes how much power she has. She could literally control powerful men.

I imagine most women who look like that are quite aware of the effect they have on people since they have to put up with a bunch of unwanted bullshit all the time because of it.

old article.. Michael Phelps had an interesting diet.

http://blogs.wsj.com/health/2008/08/...ry-it-at-home/

Breakfast: Three fried-egg sandwiches loaded with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions and mayonnaise. Two cups of coffee. One five-egg omelet. One bowl of grits. Three slices of French toast topped with powdered sugar. Three chocolate-chip pancakes.

Lunch: One pound of enriched pasta. Two large ham and cheese sandwiches with mayo on white bread. Energy drinks packing 1,000 calories.

Dinner: One pound of pasta. An entire pizza. More energy drinks.

He is also very young, trains at an olympic level in cold water.

Just regulating his body temperature is enough to burn some of those calories.

That's not a sustainable diet for anyone, I don't care who they are.

yup. i already assumed that he consumed thousands of calories a day. but was curious to know what he actually ate. the pound of pasta and whole pizza was interesting. surprised he didn't get an endorsement deal with a pizza chain. hehe.
