Giant Robot Biennale 2: 15 Years

To close out the hugely successful group art show and 15 year
celebration of Giant Robot magazine, JANM will be open for extended
hours on Thursday, January 21. Admission will be free, and many of the
participating artists and key members of the Giant Robot family will
be in attendance as part of this special gathering. Expect refreshments, a musical guest, The Binges and DJ Puffs, and other surprises.

Don’t forget to vote for GR by hitting YES for the Juxtapoz Top art show of 2009.

It’s $500 and in an edition of 50. 28” x 44”

It’s not a cheap one, so there’s just a few. Then tomorrow come on down and make are with Stella Lai 11am. Saturday. Free Target Day, don’t pay a thing and come on down.

Stella Lai returns to JANM at 11am on Target Free Day this saturday for an art workshop for kids of all ages.

Come meet the artist Albert Reyes and learn about the various drawing techniques that he uses in creating his drawings. From drawing, painting, to photography, Albert will describe how he gets things done.

Afterwards, you will have the chance to create your own work of art in this hands-on workshop. All materials will be provided at the workshop. All you have to do is show up. Free with admission to the Museum.
