The song's title was later applied to a San Francisco punk fanzine in the early '80s and the song itself was used in a Nike commercial in the mid-'90s. On a somewhat related note, Metallica has a song on their first album called "Seek and Destroy." I donŐt think Westmoreland gets royalties from any of them. IMAGE
