[7:3] Jim Goad. Answer Me! This publication put fear into people's eyes. With perfect grammar and spelling, he talked some of the biggest shit in print and writes like the devil. Doing a rape issue, a serial killer issue, and even a Vietnamese gang story, his work stands out from any zine ever. It even caused a Bellingham newsstand owner to go to court because they sold the mag to a minor and went to jail. They won a big settlement. Fairly recently he put out a book called The White Trash Manifesto, and rumors have flown around that he's in jail, he and his wife are divorced, and so on and so forth. This photo was taken at a zine convention in Seattle. Goad complimented Giant Robot magazine as something of value, and we only kissed his ass back. Jim Goad is a talent no matter how much people hate him. He even said, that like stereotypical Asians, "we had to take a picture." IMAGE
