Michelin Lists… They’re for the wealthiest to eat food and experience the taste of great but expensive. Japan now tops France as the country with the most three star restaurants. The list is to come out in December. (WSJ – Michelin List) Perennial winner, Sukiyabashi Jiro, as seen in a previous interview, boasts three stars by the oldest of chefs.
