Sometimes, it’s easier just to show it this way. This is the part that takes place at Veteran’s Square in Silver Spring. A little bit of ominous rain that went away began the evening, but then it cleared up. I realize that as much as you just want to throw an event, the outreach to people one at a time, can make a difference.
