The Feelings Dept featuring Kelly Sux, Po Yan Leung, and Lisa Kogawa

Circular artwork of a woman with long black hair touching a human skull. The piece is drawn on a wood surface and blends soft lines with emotional imagery.
Two illustrations of cats surrounded by flowers and orange smoke-like lines. The drawings mix black orange and white in a cute and surreal style.
Black and white collage of detailed drawings showing women in expressive poses and ornate clothing. The layout looks like sketchbook pages or zine panels.

Giant Robot presents The Feelings Dept a group show featuring three artists who each explore emotion in their own way.

Kelly Sux creates figurative works that feel raw and intimate in a dark manga style.
Po Yan Leung builds delicate illustrations that draw from folklore and quiet stories.
Lisa Kogawa adds color and play through bright characters with an indie pop and manga influence.

The Feelings Dept opens at Giant Robot 2 on Saturday November 15 and runs through December 2.

Online preview and tour begin at noon with gallery opening after and a reception from 6 to 9 pm.
