China’s Heavenly Palace – The Tiangong 1

In the time of glabal expansion and riches, the one thing that strokes a nations ego more than anything else? Getting into space. The US and Russia pushed each other to reach the stars by putting animals, then a human, and then a man on the moon. Then Mars, then photos from far beyond. Yet in the end, all of this research costs. As NASA winds itself down and yields to the billionaires who are monetizing space, China is now entering the race as a distant third place. The Tiangong 1, or Heavenly Palace will be their space station. It’s unmanned, but yet another space step for them.
