Why is this parked in a residential area on the border of West LA, and Santa Monica. While on a walkabout - yes a seriously long one. I stumbled across this vehicle. I don't know how many of these are on the roads, but this one was perfect. It was a real Weinermobile.
I'm not sure if the streets are safer with this vehicle riding around, but they are definitely better.
