This has to be the biggest McGee show in LA so far, unless you can count the parking structure at LACMA which isn’t there anymore. This one has everything, from an overturned car that actually doesn’t have a lot of graf, just stuff in the car, to some cases with bottles, books, and other artifacts including items that we actually had in the Ray Fong show. An unrealized wall pimple, which is just as cool, an orb pimple, a weird box crate thing with garbage on top and video on the inside, animatronic graf kids, patterns with new styles, and much more. See the pics. Andrew Jeffrey Wright did the booklet screen print cover, and he’s the one pointing to the old man in the photo. There’s an image of Mr McGee’s dad and his brother. Busy day today, work? yeah, what about it? Gotta get to it. I hit the Long Beach flea market, I got another tillandsia. This time, it's a bigger one. The older fella told me that you could use aquarium glue or even hit a nail through the plant to a piece of wood and hang it and eventually the plant will grow around the wood and turn into a ball of Tribble. I'm slowly learning about these plants,...
Busy day today, work? yeah, what about it? Gotta get to it. I hit the Long Beach flea market, I got another tillandsia. This time, it’s a bigger one. The older fella told me that you could use aquarium glue or even hit a nail through the plant to a piece of wood and hang it and eventually the plant will grow around the wood and turn into a ball of Tribble. I’m slowly learning about these plants, and maybe one day, I’ll really figure them out. Right now, I’m sort of like the shell collector at the beach, just picking up shiny things without knowing anything about them. I also got few postcards which I’ll need for “work” which hopefully you’ll see one day in a film format. Remember I was editing? Yeah, got that done. A 20 minute piece that has a lot of potential, but so much to go. We showed that at Imprint. I’ll get to Imprint later and tell you more about that. It’s actually still digesting.

So yeah, cutting to the chase, the day is here. It's been a mellow ride up to today, but if I'm going to be nervous, this is the day. So if you come, hope you have fun, the day is for you too. I'll get to see friends, family, and acquaintances. It's going to be a fun one.
