Post It Show 9 Part II

December 14, 12:00 PM

Enough art is showing up late. Some needed more time and some just wanted to make more art. The list is subject to change and there will be more additions.

Game Night 17

Saturday, December 14, 6:30-10:00 PM

Featuring three games:

Hyper Light Drifter:

Explore a beautiful, vast and ruined world riddled with unknown dangers and lost technologies. Inspired by nightmares and dreams alike, Hyper Light Drifter is a 2D Action RPG in the vein of the best 8-bit and 16-bit classics, with modernized mechanics and designs on a much grander scale.

Irrational Exuberance:

A first-person mystery playground at the end of the world, Irrational Exuberance is a surrealist space oddysey.  Explore a cluster of asteroids that appear to orbit exoplanet EX-I.  Discover hidden beauty and unusual phenomenon that react to your presence.  Minimalist controls and UI.  Ideally experienced with virtual reality technologies like Oculus Rift. Stargaze.  Find hope.

About Buffalo Vision:

Buffalo Vision is an impossible dream, a company, an alter ego discovered by Ben Vance in 2010.  Ben spent many moons engineering strange magic at Electronic Arts before technically & creatively collaborating with 17-BIT & Plush Apocalypse on the award-winning strategy game Skulls of the Shogun.  Irrational Exuberance is the first project built exclusively with Buffalo Vision.

Perfect Stride:

Perfect Stride is a first person skateboarding game exploring a surreal world of 90′s computer graphics through graceful mouse motions & time manipulation. Coming some time soon for PC, MAC, & iOS.

The first DIY benefit gig that my wife and I organized to raise funds to pay for music education at our daughter’s school, Castelar Elementary, was awesome and Bob Forrest was a perfect start.

Post It Show 9 Reception Photos

The artist list grew as did the quantity of Post It Art and the comment I’ve heard more than once is that the show is better than ever.
