Multi-Matter 2015 Reception Photos

Multimatter reception at GR2. The photos are running a bit behind this time, but do take a look. It was a spirited opening just one week after the Biennale 4 exhibition. It was nice to see and feel that warmth. I thank all of you for that. Also take a look at the work that's available here. Also take a look at the Totoro Mash Up work here. Here's the full image set: Flickr

Post It Show X - Event Photos

Post It art by Rob Sato    Amazing doesn't explain the annual Post It Show. It's beyond 300 artists making more than 2500 art pieces on Post It notes, all being $25 regardless of fame, effort, and time. We want to say thank you to the hundreds who came out to the event and thankfully, we had a door person (Big Jon) handle the traffic. A few slept overnight, including one for two straight days, and of course they got some choice pieces. Yet the show has two sides. GR2: Mari Inukai exhibition, Marilla Blue and Orange Reception Photo Set

Mari Inukai's exhibition, Marilla Blue and Orange took place this past saturday evening. Friends, family, and new and old fans came to visit. It was nice to see people's faces looking up and watching, and then continuing to the art on the walls.  We'll put the art work online for sale shortly and we'll notify you in a blog post. Yet, they capture a feeling of living in a place that’s lush and living as compared to Southern California. The energy of Ushiro’s work are vibrant. They capture each emotions. The reception was more of the same. Ushiro’s family got together from Hawaii, East Bay California, and from Southern Califronia. Friends from everywhere came out and unlike many exhibitions, many didn’t want to leave. Ushiro is a magnetic person. He’s sweet, funny, and insanely talented. Exhibitions...
